Chaudhary Group, one of the prominent Corporate Houses of Nepal, established Norvic International Hospital in 1993. Since then, the hospital has experienced major restructuring with an increase in number of inpatient beds and progressive expansion of ambulatory care and day surgery. The hospital has also gone through redevelopment of the Emergency Department, Cancer Clinic, and Outpatient specialty clinics.

Today, the hospital operates 130 beds and remains a full-service community health-care facility, designated as an International Hospital.
