Ajaya Kumar Mishra has more than 32 years of professional experience in different fields including 16 years in the banking industry. He has served mostly in leadership roles such as GM, Deputy CEO & CEO. He earned MBA in Human Resource Management and M.Phil in Management from Kathmandu University.
His diverse experience ranges from leading INGOs such as UNDP and Plan International to being the head of business in Nepal Television. He is professionally involved as Academic Faculty with Kathmandu University, Pokhara University, Lincoln University and HR consultant with Millennium Challenge Account Nepal.
Dr. Pankaj Jalan has been associated with Norvic International Hospital for more than 10 years. He has done his MBBS from BPKIHS, Dharan and residency in Neurology from Southern Illinois University. He is an associate member of AAN (American Academy of Neurology), International Headache Society and Movement Disorder Society. Currently, the treasurer of the Nepal Academy of Neurology, he plays an active role as an advisor for Nepal Stroke Association. He also has many publications in various journals.
Mr Ravi Chaudhary has come back to Norvic as the Director of Operations after a decade. Having dedicated 23 years of his professional career to the healthcare sector, Mr Chaudhary strongly believes in providing “quality healthcare service for all”. That is why he still loves to spend ample time in the care of the patients.
Graduated from Kolkata, West Bengal, he started his career at Norvic International Hospital in 1999. With his incredible expertise and knowledge, he went on to assume the role of the GM and efficiently handled his duties and responsibilities till 2011. He later founded Vayodha Hospitals and also became the first healthcare professional in Nepal to start the Rooftop Helipad service—with the slogan “From Wheels to Wings”—to save the lives of those patients for whom time is a critical factor.
An ISO Auditor, writer, and speaker in health and wellness awareness, he firmly asserts that medicine is a noble profession and opines that the sick must be treated with respect and care. As the dynamic and effective leader that he is, Mr Chaudhary is now taking lead in setting up Norvic Comprehensive Cancer Care Center.
Dr. Poonam K.C. has 15 years of varied nursing experience. She has a nursing license from Nepal, the United Kingdom, and the U.S.A. She started her nursing career in very formative years when her passion met her proclamation as a profession. In pursuit of gaining quality education and international worldliness with a cordial motive to venture back to one’s own motherland; she specializes in health care leadership, health care management, critical care, providing safe, effective, evidence-based practice and patient-centered care not to mention she is also an active exponent for women’s empowerment and advocates taking up the cudgels to improve nursing care.
She is a certified critical care nurse (CCRN) from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses ( AACN). Dr. K.C is also a board-certified as Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. She has completed her certificate in healthcare leadership from Duke Corporate Education, U.S.A. Dr. KC completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Virginia Commonwealth University in the U.S.A. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing- Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in Minneapolis, U.S.A. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West London, UK.
Ankit Agrawal has an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry with his involvement in the sector for over 15 years in various capacities. As a result of diverse positions held by him in Operations, Finance, Billing, Purchase and International Departments over the years – his experience is thorough, balanced and informed. Having completed his Masters in International Management from the University of the West of England, Mr. Agrawal has been associated with Norvic International since 2006.
Currently discharging his duties as General Manager, he believes in leveraging his inter-departmental know-how to effectively manage his teams and deliver a hassle-free, crafted and seamless healthcare experience for patients at Norvic International Hospital.
Bimal Bogati started his career at Norvic International Hospital as a Financial Planner and Strategist. He has held various roles at Norvic and led various departments excelling in each of them for the past 18 years. He holds a comprehensive knowledge of various topics and an in-depth understanding of Operation Management relating to all the areas of hospital management.
He has overseen the day-to-day management aspects of the hospital that has an unprecedented impact on the delivery of patient service while taking on higher-level strategic operations and decisions. He is extremely committed to the hospital and has added value to the overall service delivery of the organization
Mr. Bhatt is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Post Graduate in Business Administration with over 10 years of experience, especially in the areas of Business Review & Analysis, Corporate Compliance, Audit & Assurance, Cost Management, Tax Management and Financial Management. He serves as Head of Finance in Norvic International Hospital Limited.
His role as Head of Finance is analyzing and evaluating their financial and non-financial data and providing the various reports to management for decision-making purposes. He possesses the proven ability to exercise professional judgement and expertise in various sectors viz. Health Sector, Manufacturing Sector, Real Estates, Education, financial service etc.
Kebal Shah has over 10 years+ of experience in the project engineering field. He is professionally affiliated with Nepal Engineering Council (NEC) and has been associated with Norvic International Hospital for the past 6 Years. He has played a major role in continuously improving and developing the facility of Norvic International Hospital.
Somnath Bastola started his Journalism career in The Himalayan Times English daily newspaper. He is involved in active journalism for 20 years on different media platforms. He has been working as an editor on different media platforms for 6 years. He worked as a media consultant in Rastriya Banijya Bank and as a Senior Media Consultant in Shangri-la Development Bank.
He is also involved in dozens of journalism training as a trainer. He worked as a researcher at the Centre for Investigative Journalism, Nepal and other international organizations.
Surendra Khanal has over 10 years of experience in some of the renowned luxury resorts and hotels in Dubai like Shangri-La Hotel and Resort, Marriot International Hotel, Kempinski Hotel Mall and Grosvenor House in the capacity of Assistant Housekeeper Executive and Executive Housekeeper. He is certified in Safety skills from ECSI CPR AED and has excellent professional knowledge of Opera and PMS.
