Thoracic Surgery

Since the inception of Thoracic Surgery at the Hospital, our goal has been set up to provide a high standard of thoracic surgical health care for patients with serious diseases in the chest.
We have found that this depends upon a good liaison between a thoracic surgical team, the nursing team and the multi-disciplinary team of specialists.

The Division of Thoracic Surgery provides diagnostic and treatment services to patients with benign and malignant neoplasm and other disorders of the lung, esophagus, mediastinum and chest wall. Treatment for chronic pulmonary diseases is also available.
